Native American Landscapes places the highest priority on customer service. We follow the concept that the customer is number one and the customer is always right. We work hard to make every project a pleasing experience from the first moment on your site to the last.

In order to keep our customer service at the highest level, we pride ourselves in very little employee turn-over. Most of our employees have been with us for many years. We feel that employees who have an emotional tie with the company will provide a better work environment and product for our customers.

We also expect our employees to maintain high standards. Smoking on a job site is never permitted and we expect our employees to maintain proper dress attire for safety. Upon completion of a project, many customers know each employee by name and often thank them individually for a project well done.

At Native American Landscapes, Inc. we feel that communication between our customers and ourselves is very important. We work hard to keep you informed about our progress, expected completion dates, and any changes that may occur.
